I am Dr. Anil Jindal. My journey began not with privilege or advantage, but with something far more durable — conviction.

In 1985, I stepped into the world of business with nothing but a dream and the determination to see it through. No shortcuts. No handouts. Just relentless effort and an unshakeable belief that persistence, done right, always finds its reward. Every milestone I have reached has been earned — through hard work, through failure, and through the courage to keep going anyway.

I didn’t inherit wealth or connections. What I had was a vision — and the willingness to work for it every single day.

What started as a personal ambition soon became something much larger. SRS Group was built with the collective strength of family members and early believers who saw not just a business, but a shared purpose. Together, we laid its foundations brick by brick — through sleepless nights, financial strain, and the kind of setbacks that test whether you truly believe in what you’re building. We did. And we kept going.

Business is never a straight road, and ours was no exception. As we grew, so did the complexity of the challenges we faced. There were periods of significant difficulty — decisions that cost us dearly, circumstances that pushed us to our limits. The years between 2016 and 2024, in particular, were ones that tested us at every level.

But we never looked away. We faced each problem squarely, accepted our mistakes, took full accountability, and committed to doing better. We did not let adversity define us — we let it refine us. Our resilience, hard-won and deeply felt, became our greatest asset.

Today, I stand here with a profound sense of gratitude and purpose. We have emerged from our most difficult chapter stronger, clearer, and more committed than ever. The lessons of the past have become the principles of our future — transparency, integrity, professionalism, and an unwavering sense of responsibility towards everyone who has placed their trust in us.

This is why we have rebranded as SRS Kutumb. The word Kutumb means a family of families — and that is precisely who we are. Our philosophy has always extended beyond the transactional. We don’t simply engage with our customers, associates, and employees as individuals; we embrace their families, their aspirations, and the trust they extend to us as something sacred. Together, we are a community united by shared values, working towards something truly worth building.
